Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

Timeless Atelier ("Timeless Atelier," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, create an account, purchase products, submit a bespoke project, apply as a designer or jeweler, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Timeless Atelier, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, telephone number, and other contact information;
  • Account and login information;
  • Billing, payment, transaction, and order information;
  • Shipping and delivery information;
  • Project preferences, budget ranges, measurements, jewelry preferences, and bespoke requirements;
  • Messages, consultation requests, meeting information, project summaries, and client approvals;
  • Images, videos, sketches, inspiration images, gemstone photographs, CAD files, and other project materials;
  • Information relating to client-owned gemstones or jewelry;
  • Designer or jeweler application information, professional background, portfolio materials, awards, qualifications, references, and supporting evidence;
  • Device, browser, IP address, website usage, security, and technical information;
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Operate and maintain the Timeless Atelier platform;
  • Create and manage customer accounts;
  • Process orders, payments, refunds, and shipping;
  • Understand and manage bespoke jewelry projects;
  • Match or introduce clients to appropriate designers or jewelers;
  • Facilitate communication, consultations, approvals, and project management;
  • Generate or assist with design concepts and visualizations when requested;
  • Review designer and jeweler applications;

  • Send service communications and, where permitted, marketing communications.

3. Bespoke Project Information

Bespoke projects may involve information that is more detailed than an ordinary online purchase, including design preferences, personal stories, images, measurements, budgets, gemstones, communications, and project decisions.

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to operate the project, provide requested services, maintain project records, improve service quality, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

4. Designers, Jewelers, and Project Participants

Information relevant to a bespoke project may be shared with the independent designer, jeweler, production specialist, gemstone supplier, logistics provider, or other authorized participant involved in that project.

We seek to limit such access to information reasonably necessary for that participant's role.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Timeless Atelier may offer AI-assisted tools for concept development, visualization, organization, matching, or other project-support functions.

Information submitted to an AI-assisted feature may be processed by service providers that supply technology infrastructure or artificial intelligence services to Timeless Atelier.

AI-generated images, concepts, or recommendations are intended to assist discussion and exploration. They do not replace professional design, engineering, gemstone verification, manufacturing review, or final human approval.

6. Designer and Jeweler Applications

Submitting an application does not automatically create a public designer profile or grant access to designer-only features.

Application materials may be used to evaluate qualifications, authorship, craftsmanship, experience, professional role, portfolio quality, and suitability for participation on the platform.

Materials submitted for private review are not automatically authorized for public marketing use. Separate permission may be requested where appropriate.

7. Service Providers

We may disclose personal information to service providers that assist with ecommerce hosting, payments, cloud hosting, security, communications, analytics, shipping, customer service, file storage, artificial intelligence, and other platform functions.

These providers may process personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and their contractual obligations.

8. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or property, investigate fraud or security issues, enforce agreements, or protect the safety of Timeless Atelier, our users, or others.

9. Business Transactions

If Timeless Atelier is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and technology providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, maintain sessions, improve performance, provide security, understand website usage, and support other platform functions.

Available cookie or privacy controls may vary depending on your location, browser, device, and the technologies used on the website.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including project administration, transaction records, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate business operations.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

However, no electronic storage, transmission, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, applicable law may provide rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or other control over your personal information.

To make a privacy request, please contact us through the contact method provided on the Timeless Atelier website.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

14. Marketing Communications

Where we send marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or other available account controls.

You may still receive transactional or service-related communications necessary for your account, orders, or projects.

15. Children's Privacy

Timeless Atelier is not intended for children to independently enter into jewelry purchases or bespoke service agreements. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

16. International Users

Timeless Atelier, its designers, service providers, and project participants may operate in different countries or regions. Personal information may therefore be processed outside the jurisdiction in which you reside, subject to applicable law.
