Refund Policy

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

Timeless Atelier offers both ready-to-purchase jewelry and highly individualized bespoke services. Because the nature of each transaction may differ, return, cancellation, and refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and the stage of the project.

1. Ready-to-Purchase Jewelry

For jewelry sold as a completed, non-customized product, any applicable return rights, return window, condition requirements, and refund method will be stated on the relevant product page, order confirmation, or other written terms provided at the time of purchase.

Returned items must generally be unworn, unaltered, and returned with any certificates, packaging, or other materials supplied with the item, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Bespoke and Personalized Jewelry

Bespoke jewelry is created specifically for an individual client and may involve design work, gemstone sourcing, custom measurements, CAD or visualization, fabrication, engraving, stone setting, or other project-specific services.

Because work and costs may be incurred progressively, bespoke projects are not governed by a single blanket refund rule. Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project, the work already performed, materials already acquired or committed, and the written terms of the specific project.

Before significant paid work or production begins, the client will be provided with the applicable project scope, payment requirements, and other material terms for confirmation.

3. Design, Consultation, and Other Services

Fees for consultation, design development, sourcing, technical work, or other services that have already been performed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and as disclosed before the relevant work begins.

Any unused or unearned portion of a payment will be handled according to the applicable project agreement and governing law.

4. Gemstones and Materials Purchased for a Project

If a gemstone, precious metal, component, or other material has been specifically purchased, reserved, cut, altered, or committed for a client project with the client's authorization, the related amount may become non-refundable once the commitment has been made.

Any such limitation should be disclosed as part of the project terms before the relevant purchase or commitment is made.

5. Production Has Begun

Once custom manufacturing, engraving, stone setting, resizing, irreversible alteration, or other project-specific production has begun with the client's authorization, cancellation rights may be limited.

If a project is cancelled after production has begun, Timeless Atelier or the applicable designer, jeweler, or production party may deduct the value of work already completed, non-recoverable materials, and other authorized project costs, subject to applicable law.

6. Changes to a Bespoke Project

A request to change an approved design, gemstone, dimensions, materials, technical structure, or other material project specification may affect price, timing, and prior approvals.

Additional charges or revised timing will be disclosed before additional work proceeds whenever reasonably possible.

7. Defects, Damage, or Items Not as Agreed

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law if an item is defective, damaged before delivery, materially different from the agreed specifications, or otherwise subject to a legally required remedy.

If you believe there is a problem with an item or project, please contact Timeless Atelier promptly through our website and provide the relevant order or project information, along with photographs or other supporting information where appropriate.

8. Client-Owned Gemstones

Client-owned gemstones or jewelry submitted for use, modification, resetting, evaluation, or incorporation into a bespoke project remain subject to the separate handling, shipping, insurance, and project terms agreed for that project.

9. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

10. Project-Specific Terms Control

Because bespoke jewelry projects vary substantially, a signed or otherwise accepted project-specific proposal, agreement, scope, quotation, or approval may contain additional or different cancellation and refund provisions.

If there is a conflict between this general policy and a valid project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Legal Rights

This policy does not waive or restrict any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
