Shipping Policy

Timeless Atelier works with independent designers, jewelers, production specialists, and logistics providers in different locations. Shipping arrangements may therefore vary depending on the product, designer, gemstone, destination, and type of bespoke project.
1. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Timeless Atelier is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Timing
Estimated shipping or completion dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Bespoke jewelry may require design development, gemstone approval, material sourcing, fabrication, quality review, client confirmation, and other steps before shipment.
If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated timing and any available options.
3. Shipping Provider
The shipping party may be Timeless Atelier, the applicable designer or jeweler, a production partner, or another authorized fulfillment party depending on the project.
The responsible shipping party and any special delivery requirements may be specified in the applicable order or project documentation.
4. Tracking and Signature
Where available, tracking information will be provided after shipment. High-value shipments may require an adult signature, identification, or other secure delivery procedures.
Customers should ensure that someone authorized is available to receive the shipment when signature delivery is required.
5. Insurance
Insurance arrangements vary by shipment and project. A shipment should not be assumed to be insured for its full retail or replacement value unless that coverage has been expressly confirmed.
For high-value bespoke items, gemstones, or client-owned property, the applicable insurance arrangement should be confirmed before shipment.
6. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, documentation requirements, or delivery restrictions imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and other government charges assessed upon import.
7. Customs and Cross-Border Delays
Timeless Atelier cannot guarantee customs clearance timing and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, government inspections, carrier disruptions, or other events outside the reasonable control of the responsible shipping party.
8. Client-Owned Gemstones and Jewelry
If a client ships a gemstone, jewelry item, or other valuable property to a designer, jeweler, production partner, or Timeless Atelier, the shipping method and insurance arrangement should be agreed before shipment.
Clients should not send valuable gemstones or jewelry using ordinary uninsured mail.
Upon receipt, the receiving party may photograph, document, inspect, weigh, or otherwise record the condition of the property for project and security purposes.
9. Risk During Client-Initiated Shipment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, responsibility for a client-owned item during shipment to the designated recipient remains subject to the carrier terms, insurance coverage, and project-specific arrangement selected for that shipment.
10. Damage or Loss in Transit
If a shipment appears damaged, tampered with, incomplete, or lost, please contact Timeless Atelier as soon as reasonably possible.
Do not discard packaging or shipping materials, as they may be required for a carrier or insurance claim.
11. Address Changes
For security reasons, address changes may require identity verification and may not be possible after an item has entered fulfillment or shipment.
12. Bespoke Project Shipping Terms
A bespoke project may include additional shipping, hand-delivery, insurance, customs, gemstone-transfer, or logistics arrangements. Where provided, those project-specific terms supplement this Shipping Policy.
